刚刚，工党党魁微信直播，直言保证不影响中国技术移民，父母移民！

时间即将步入四月，

也就意味着澳大利亚又要大选了！

自由党与工党两派为了争取选票

早就开始了一场看不见硝烟的大战，

而这战场，最近蔓延到了华人最爱的微信里。

1.工党领袖薛顿召开微信直播问答会

随着华人在澳洲越来越有话语权，

澳洲政党们也开始将目光放在了华人的选票上！

先是澳洲总理莫里森开通了微信公众号ScottMorrison2019，

希望能趁次机会跟在澳洲的华人们沟通沟通，

并多次发表了澳洲政策的各种文章。

这边，工党也坐不住了，

今日下午，

工党领袖Bill Shorten与澳大利亚华人社区成员进行了一场微信直播问答会，

收集华人们的各种问题，

与今日下午一一为大家解答。

从昨日开始，在一个微信群名为工党领袖Bill Shorten做客微信直播的群内，

陆续邀请了近百名澳洲华人，

而这一人数在今天直破最高群聊最高人数：

500人！

这也是澳洲首次，

政党党魁亲自透过微信，

来与澳洲华人选民互动。

那么，在这次微信问答会中，

Bill Shorten他说了什么？回答了哪些问题呢？

大家也十分热情地提出了不少关于难民，

移民政策等尖锐问题。

在简单自我介绍了一番之后，Bill Shorten开始了问题的回答。

1. Hi we’re getting a lot of questions about Michael Daley the former NSW Labour leader and his wrong comments. I just want to make clear as the Leader of the Federal Labour Party I don’t agree with what he said, and the comments should not have been made. Mr Daley has now stepped down as the leader of the NSW part of Labour and he doesn’t intend to become leader again.

答：我们收到了很多关于前新南威尔士州工党领导Michael Daley以及他的错误言论的问题。我想要说明的是，作为联邦工党的首领，我不支持Michael Daley的言论，那些是不应被发表的。目前Michael Daley已经不再是新州工党的领导者，他也没有再度任职工党领导的打算。

答：Australia is an immigrant country. It is important though that when we do bring people to Australia that we do it in a proper fashion. The Liberals promised a temporary sponsored visa to migrants before the last election and it’s still not available.
Now, the Liberals want to limit this to one set of parents per household. Why should people have to choose between one set of parents?
Labour wants to make sure you never have to pick which parents you want to bring to Australia.

澳大利亚是一个移民国家，我们要确保我们通过正确合理的方式引进移民。

自由党在上次大选前对移民承诺的临时付费签证（temporary sponsored visa），至今仍然没有实现。如今，自由党试图将每户家庭的父母移民数量，限制为男女双方中一方的父母。为什么要让人们在男方、女方的父母中作出选择呢？

工党试图确保，让人们无须作出此类选择，而是可以让男女双方的父母都可以一同移民。

3. 问题：听说早教补贴有改动，请问工党在这方面的计划是什么？

答：Early education is so important. The current Liberal Government cut childcare for 1 in 4 parents. Labour will create universal kindergarten for all three- and four-year-old.

4. 问题：请问您如何看待一带一路？您上台后如何处理这一问题？2017年澳政府与中方就签署了一带一路第三方合作协议，您上台后会如何实施？

答：Australia needs to stand for its own two feet and think for itself.
America will always be important to the security for Australia but if I am Prime Minister, I welcome the rise of China in the world.
I see China as a strategic opportunity for Australia and I want to see greater mutual understanding between all of us.

澳大利亚需要为自身利益着想。

美国对于澳大利亚的安全来说始终是至关重要的，但是如果我当选总理，我将正面看待中国的崛起。中国对澳大利亚而言，是一个战略性的机遇，我希望看到两国之间加深相互理解。

5. 中文网络上很多人希望澳洲停止接收难民，从而接收更多的技术移民，请问工党如何评论？
答：Labour will not support people coming here by boat. We will process them offshore. We will always make sure that anyone in our care receives appropriate medical treatment.
Some very ignorant people have been saying that because we help sick refugees see the doctor, that means people waiting from China for family or skilled visas will be put down the list. That is not true, that is a lie.

我想要明确的是，工党不支持非法难民的到来，我们将在澳洲境外处理解决这部分难民。而对于处在澳方安置之下的难民，我们会确保他们得到合理的医疗待遇。

部分无知者声称，为难民提供相应的医疗生活保障，导致我们将降低了来自中国的技术移民和父母移民申请者的优先级。这种说法是错误的，不正确的。

6. 问题：一直以来不断有很多政治宣传说工党治理经济不行，对于这种说法，您可否介绍一下工党在未来经济方面的具体举措？

答：People are asking about the difference between Labour and Liberal and the economy.
If Labour is elected, we will deal with the problem that everything is going up except your wages.
We will keep the cost of going to the doctor down.
We will support renewable energy to keep power costs down.
We will lower the taxes for small business and help farmers with greater support.
We will build new infrastructure to make sure people can move around our cities more easily.

答：人们问了很多关于工党、自由党在经济上的不同作法的问题。

如果工党当选，我们将要解决通货膨胀的问题，即除了工资一切物价都在上涨。

我们将保持较低的医疗费用水平。

我们将支持新能源科技以降低能源价格。

我们将降低针对小企业的税收，并给予农业生产者更大的帮助。

我们将构建新的基础设施，以提供更便利的市内交通。

7. People are asking if we support the Government’s tax cuts for big business. No, we don’t.
Facebook and Google earn a lot of money in this country. I don’t want them to pay less tax. I want them to pay the tax they are meant to pay.

关于政府是否会降低针对大型企业的税收，答案是否定的，我们不会这样做。

Facebook和google在澳大利亚收益不菲，我们不希望这些企业减少交税，我们希望此类大型企业的税率保持现有水平。

8. 问题：What’s your opinion towards the One Nation’s gun policy and it’s private speech with the NRA?

Racism from anyone is unacceptable. I have 3 problems with the Government on racism:
1. They should preference One Nation and other extreme right-wing parties last.
2. Twice now, the Liberals have wanted to water down the Racial Discrimination Act to allow more hate speech.
3. The Liberals want to make it harder for Chinese Australians with a university level English language test.
Labour will stop this.

种族主意对任何人而言都是不可接受的。对于现任政府在种族问题上的做法，我有三点看法：

（1）他们应该对one nation与其他极右翼党派采取更坚决的态度

（2）第二，他们试图模糊《种族歧视法案》，并放任仇恨言论

（3）自由党试图通过提升大学英语入学考试标准，让澳大利亚华人接受高等教育变得更难，工党将会阻止以上情况的出现。

9. I want young people from Chinese backgrounds to grow up loving this country but be in touch with the traditions of China and their families.
Labour will provide $8 million for Community Language Schools so that children can keep in touch with their family heritage.

我希望华裔青年能够热爱这个国家，同时保持他们与中华文化和原生家庭的联系。

工党将投入800万澳元建设社区语言学校，让华裔儿童能够传承他们的家庭文化。
